Strength of Two (“Strength of Two,” “we,” and “us”) respects the privacy of its users (“you”) and has developed this Privacy Policy to demonstrate its commitment to protecting your privacy. We collect the following information from you when you sign up for an account:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Device ID
- Username
Your status updates are also saved on our servers so that they can be viewed by your Guardians at any time.
We use the Device ID to identify your mobile device so that you can receive notifications. Your name and email address is used to uniquely identify your account (so you can log into your account). We may occasionally send you emails to notify you of new feature updates. You can unsubscribe from these emails by clicking on the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.
By using the Service, you are authorizing us to gather, parse and retain data related to the provision of the Service. When you provide personal information through our Service, the information may be sent to servers located in the United States and countries around the world.
None of the information that we collect will be shared with others with the following exceptions:
- In response to a subpoena or similar investigative demand, a court order, or a request for cooperation from a law enforcement or other government agency; to establish or exercise our legal rights; to defend against legal claims; or as otherwise required by law.
